and Grounds Facility Description |

Cumberland County College is a rural community college situated on 39.23 acres in the City of Vineland and 54.02 acres in the City of Millville. The College's site consists of a total of 93.25 acres of rolling wooded terrain. The campus is comprised of approximately 78 improved acres containing 8 buildings, 1 pole barn, and 5 temporary office trailers, totaling 200,980 gross square feet; and 9 parking lots. | ||||||||

Academic Building
The
Academic Building is one of the original structures on campus and
contains
the office of the Dean of Instruction and Academic Services, division
complexes
with faculty offices including Allied Health/Science and Math/Social
Sciences,
as well as the Success Center, Financial Aid, a number of general
classrooms,
two lecture halls, and two computer lab annexes, each containing four
labs.
The office of the Superintendent of Facilities and Grounds is also
located

Building The
Administration Building houses the President's Office and Board Room;
the
Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services; Executive
Directors
of Planning and Development, Student Life and Campus Services, and
Enrollment,
Academic and Student Support Services; Public Relations; and Central

Philip Alampi
Agriculture/Horticulture
Building The
Philip Alampi Agriculture/Horticulture Building contains all the
science
laboratories on campus in the Science Annex, two greenhouses, a
sciences
computer lab, and the Aquaculture Annex. Top of List |

Frank Guaracini
Jr. Fine
and Performing Arts Center The
Frank Guaracini Jr. Fine and Performing Arts Center is comprised of two
wings connected by a Gallery. One wing houses the George P.
Luciano
Sr. Theatre and the art and music studios. The other wing is
comprised
of the Liberal/Fine and Performing Arts Division complex, a graphics
computer
lab, and seven academic classrooms. Top of List |

Library
The
Library is also one of the original buildings on campus. This
building
has a rather unique physical location on campus -- the
Vineland/Millville
city line passes diagonally through this building from the Southeast
corner
through its Northwest corner. It houses the College's collection
and has an instructional computer lab and 50 computer stations to
provide

Service Building
All
equipment required to support the central plant operation and
distribution
of utilities to the campus is located in this building. In
addition,
it houses the Maintenance Shop and the office of the Assistant
Superintendent

Cunningham College
Services Building The
Dr. Charles Cunningham College Services Building is comprised of the
Cafeteria,
Bookstore, Student Lounge, Gymnasium, Fitness Center, Student
Activities
Office, and the office complexes of Student Support Services, EOF,
Advisement,
Transfer, and Career Services, and the Athletics Department.
