About the Camaro:

I bought the Camaro in the spring of 1994 as a project car.  The entire project took a little over a year to complete.  During the winter of 1995 the body restoration was completed by Dave Harris of Harris Auto Body.  All body panels were replaced with oem parts.  The only original sheet metal on the car is the roof and fire wall.  In stead of painting the car it's original green, I decided to go with the charcoal gray with black racing stripes.  With help from my father, the interior was also restored.  A few months later the original wiring of the car was also replaced.

Specifications:

Motor:  468 cu. in. big block 454 with NOS, Hooker Supercomp headers and Flowmaster single chamber race muffler.

Trans:  B&M Turbo 400 hydro trans

Rear Axle:  GM corporate 12 bolt with 4.10 gears and spool

Tires & Wheels:  Weld Racing Drag Stars

Body:  Total restoration using oem body panels and custom painted charcoal gray with black racing stripes

Interior:  Totally restored black interior

Honestly, there is so much more that I have forgotten.  This car is truly sick!  Unfortunately, we don't take it out much anymore since we are always occupied with the truck hobby.  I've thought about selling it over the years, but I just can't bring myself to part with it.
