"Come out with your hands up!" seems to be the expression being uttered by
these future police officers during a simulated hostage situation at the
Regional Police Explorer Competition in October 2006.  One explorer
officer seems to be looking for Professor Kocher who was recruiting
in the rear of the house (Not really, well....maybe.)

Cumberland County Sheriff's Department participates with the Regionl Police
Explorer Competition held at the Vineland Police Academy on Saturday,
October 21, 2006.  Thirty-four CCC Criminal Justice majors volunteered to
serve as judges and role players in several events for the 7th year in a row.

Not really but fake a week before Halloween!  Cumberland County College
Criminal Justice major Justin Selby is arrested for the ninth time at the
Vineland Police Academy to teach the police explorers the importance of a
thorough search during a simulated Driving Under the Influence (DUI) stop.

Chief of Police and Cumberland County College Professor William Johnson
joins Miami Police Chief John Timoney for a discussion with Professor Charles
